The Pearl, San Francisco Event Space Renovation
An 8,000 sq. ft. former boiler factory in San Francisco’s light industrial Dogpatch district was redesigned into a stunning, multi-level event space with a separate restaurant. Additions include an interior elevator that leads to an open mezzanine and a 4,900 sq. ft. roof deck with panoramic city and bay views. Steel cranes, formerly used to transport boiler parts, were reused to gird the roof deck, house event lighting, and support an indoor garden. The steel also features an etching of a crane, one of several contributions by artist Alexis Laurent.
